Open to Singapore citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and foreign nationals who have completed or are on track for a Second-Class (Upper) Honours degree. Applicants must gain admission to a PhD program at one of Singapore's autonomous universities (NTU, NUS, SIT, SMU, SUTD). Mid-term PhD students enrolled in Singapore autonomous universities are also eligible.

Kvalifikasjonskriterier

Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents must hold or be on track for at least a Second-Class (Upper) Honours degree in a relevant discipline
Non-Singaporeans must have completed (or be on track for) their degree at a Singapore autonomous university
Applicants must gain admission to a PhD program at an autonomous university in Singapore (NTU, NUS, SIT, SMU, SUTD)
Mid-term applicants must be enrolled in a Singapore autonomous university, have completed at least one semester of their PhD, and maintain excellent academic standing
Mid-term applicants must have their current university supervisor serve as one of two academic referees
Candidates must demonstrate strong research potential and excellent academic standing
