Doctoral Networks implement doctoral programmes through partnerships of organisations from different sectors across Europe and beyond. They aim to train highly skilled doctoral candidates, stimulate creativity, enhance innovation capacities, and boost long-term employability.

Kvalifikasjonskriterier

Consortia must include at least three independent legal entities in different EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries, with at least one entity in an EU Member State.
All beneficiaries must recruit and supervise at least one doctoral candidate.
For Joint Doctorates: at least three entities must be degree-awarding institutions.
Doctoral candidates must not have a doctoral degree at the date of recruitment.
Candidates must be enrolled in a doctoral programme during the fellowship.

Mobility rule: candidates must not have resided or worked in the recruiting country for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately preceding recruitment.
