Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) 2026/2027

NISEP is an energy efficiency programme for domestic and non-domestic customers in Northern Ireland. At least 80% of funding is available to vulnerable or priority customers. The programme provides funding for priority whole house solutions (heating and insulation), priority individual measures, and non-priority schemes. Applications are managed by 11 Scheme Managers on a first-come, first-served basis.
