NSERC Indigenous Student Ambassadors (NISA)
The NSERC Indigenous Student Ambassadors (NISA) grant supports Indigenous students and postdoctoral researchers in promoting interest and participation in the natural sciences and engineering by visiting Indigenous communities and schools across Canada. Ambassadors may share their research and education experiences at community events or lead hands-on science outreach activities for youth.

Applicants must be registered at a Canadian postsecondary institution in natural sciences or engineering (or registered last term and planning to return), or be a postdoctoral researcher at a Canadian postsecondary institution in natural sciences or engineering. Applicants must self-identify as Indigenous at time of application and adhere to the Tri-agency Policy on Indigenous Citizenship and Membership Affirmation if selected.Fordeler og goder
