Kryteria kwalifikacyjne

Applicants must be under 45 years of age; those over 45 must provide a motivation.
Must be employed at an institution on a full-time permanent or full-time contractual basis (contract must extend at least one year beyond the grant duration).
Ineligible positions: Lab technicians, doctoral students, postdoctoral fellows, administrators, research fellows, and tutors.
Must hold a Master's degree as the highest qualification; if 'in progress', must be completed before February 2026.
Applicants who previously received freestanding or grantholder-linked doctoral scholarships are ineligible.
Mandatory: Certified copy of South African ID must be uploaded under the 'Personal Details' section.
