Priority to applicants from countries rated 'closed', 'repressed', or 'obstructed' in the CIVICUS Monitor.

Kryteria kwalifikacyjne

Must be a CIVICUS voting or associate member.
Applicant must belong to one of these groups: women, youth, people with disabilities, LGBTIQ+, Labour rights groups, indigenous and traditional peoples, and rural communities.
Must be constituency-led (for organisations: leaders and members represent the same group or community whose issues they address).
Must face difficulty accessing funds due to government bans, bureaucracy/donor requirements, or risk having to stop activities for lacking resources.
Must not have been awarded the CIVICUS Solidarity Fund before.
Activities must be completable within 12 months.
Funding requests of between US$1000 and US$10000 only.
Individual applicants must belong to a movement/collective which will benefit from the grant.
