Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 – 2026 Bridge Investment Program, Large Bridge Project Grants

This notice solicits applications for Large Bridge Project grants (projects with total eligible costs greater than $100 million) under the Bridge Investment Program (BIP). It establishes a rolling application process for FY 2023 through FY 2026, with up to $9.62 billion in available funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). Eligible applicants must submit new applications responsive to this NOFO by August 1, 2025, for consideration.
