EUSkopje 2028 Open Call for Cultural Co-financing
Skopje 2028 Open Call for Cultural Co-financing offers grants from €3,000 to €50,000 for cultural and artistic projects to be integrated into the official European Capital of Culture 2028 programme. Projects must align with one of five thematic strands: Art4Hope (community hope/urban transformation), Togetherness (social cohesion/civic engagement), rECOvering (ecological responsibility/sustainability), CreARTing (radical creativity/innovation), and Heritage (cultural heritage preservation). Priority is given to projects emphasizing citizen participation, cross-border European collaboration, and long-term cultural impact. Implementation period spans 2026-2029.
