Arts-based Learning Fund

Grants are available for arts and cultural organisations working in partnership with formal education settings to create a more equitable school system where high-quality arts-based learning is a core part of all children's education. The fund supports partnership working, focuses on pupils experiencing systemic inequity, and explores the role of arts-based learning in addressing inclusion issues.

Open to arts and cultural organisations (charities, social enterprises, not-for-profits) that partner with state-funded formal education settings. Schools and universities cannot apply as lead partners. Organisations must have produced a set of accounts.

Behörighetskriterier

Must be an arts or cultural organisation (charity, social enterprise, not-for-profit)
Must partner with state-funded formal education settings (primary/secondary schools, SEND, FE colleges, Pupil Referral Units, state-funded Early Years)
Schools, universities, and stand-alone schools cannot apply as lead applicants
Applicants must have produced a set of accounts
Recently registered organisations without accounts are ineligible
Projects must take place during school hours (no after-school/holiday programmes)
Work must be embedded in the curriculum and demonstrate in-depth, long-term partnership approach
Commitment to anti-racism and equity is required
