External applicants are asked to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to register their interest in applying. The Department runs an internal selection process for all major fellowship applications to ensure alignment with departmental priorities and available support. Successful candidates receive mentoring, sponsorship, and access to world-class facilities.
