European Cooperation Projects (Medium Scale) under the Creative Europe Programme support transnational cultural and creative sector collaborations. Projects must address either 'Transnational creation and circulation' (strengthening outreach and co-production) or 'Innovation' (capacity-building, new models, and social/societal dimensions). The call prioritises inclusion, gender equality, digital transition, and green transitions. Funding is provided as a lump sum grant with a maximum EU contribution of EUR 1,000,000 per project (maximum 70% funding rate of eligible costs). Projects must demonstrate clear cross-border cooperation with at least 5 partner organisations from 5 different eligible countries.

Vem kan ansöka

Open to cultural and creative sector organisations established in Creative Europe participating countries (EU Member States, EEA, and associated countries). Applications must be submitted by transnational consortia comprising a minimum of 5 independent entities from 5 different eligible countries.
