The gender equality grant provides financial support to female researchers in early career phases to fund career-oriented measures such as mentoring, coaching, conference participation, and workshops. Eligible researchers receive CHF 1,000 per 12 months of approved project running time, with no separate application required as it is covered by a deficit guarantee.
