Innovation Placements for Ageing Well with Zinc

The Vivensa Foundation Early Career Postdoctoral Fellowship Scheme supports early career postdoctoral researchers (1-3 years postdoctoral experience) working on ageing-related research in the UK. Four awards of up to £350,000 are available for 3 years (full-time) or up to 6 years (part-time, minimum 0.5 FTE). Projects must align with the Foundation's Strategic Framework 2025-2030 priorities: underlying biological mechanisms of ageing, under-addressed conditions (vision, hearing, infection, respiratory, musculoskeletal), person-centred interventions, or age-friendly housing/communities. Cancer research is excluded. Proposals must incorporate Patient and Public Involvement (PPI), Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), and demonstrate commitment to researcher career development. Applications are capped at 30 per round.
