The Capability Development Grant encourages and supports the continuous professional development of people working in Singapore’s arts and culture sector. It supports individuals and organisations for programmes such as workshops, masterclasses, seminars, conferences, residencies and other professional training and skills development programmes.

Vem kan ansöka

Singapore citizens or permanent residents actively involved in the arts sector; organisations registered with ACRA or Registry of Societies engaged in arts-related activities; informal groups with majority Singapore citizens/PRs and a responsible representative.
