USATechstars Rising Stars Fund
Techstars launched a new $80 million pre-seed fund, Rising Stars, to invest in companies that are too early for its own accelerator program. The fund focuses on pre-seed startups located anywhere in the world, but specifically deployed to underrepresented founders of color in the U.S. from 2022 through 2025.
