Eligibility criteria

Networks must include representatives from at least seven COST Full or Cooperating Members
At least 50% of network members must be from COST Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITCs)
At least 40% of network members must be Young Researchers and Innovators
Individuals may participate as Main or Secondary Proposer in only one proposal per Open Call
Researchers and innovators located in COST Member Countries (41 Full Members plus Cooperating Member) are eligible
Participants from Near-Neighbour Countries and International Partner Countries may also engage
Proposals must involve at least seven COST Member Countries.
At least 50% of participating countries must be Inclusiveness Target Countries.
