Supports researchers affiliated with eligible Canadian postsecondary institutions to build capacity, foster existing partnerships, and further develop networks and/or consortia with European Union (EU) and associated countries' researchers, with the ultimate goal of applying to Horizon Europe—Pillar II calls for proposals.
