Enterprise Development Grant Singapore

The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) supports Singapore-based companies in capability upgrading, automation, and product or service development projects not covered by the Pre-scoped Solutions Grant (PSG). It offers up to 70% co-funding for SMEs from 1 April 2026 to 6 October 2027.

Who can apply

Singapore-registered businesses with at least 30% local shareholding that are looking to upgrade business capabilities, innovate, or expand internationally. Applicants must demonstrate financial readiness and have not commenced the project prior to application.

Eligibility criteria

Business entity must be registered and operating in Singapore
Company must have at least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by Singapore citizens or permanent residents (determined by ultimate individual ownership)
Must demonstrate financial readiness to start and complete the project
Project must not have commenced prior to application
No conflict of interest or relationship between applicant and selected third-party vendor
If engaging management consultants, they must hold SAC-accredited TR 43 or SS 680 certification
Must commit to worker outcomes (wage increments, job creation, job redesign, or staff training)
Registered and operating in Singapore
