FY26 Marine Turtle Conservation for Sustainable U.S. Fisheries Grant Program

NOAA/NMFS is soliciting competitive proposals for grants and cooperative agreements for projects that support stewardship of living marine resources and sustainable management of U.S. commercial longline fisheries. Projects must benefit endangered marine turtles with documented linkages to the Pacific Islands Region and address NOAA's Endangered Species Act recovery obligations.

Who can apply

U.S. organizations, individuals, institutions of higher education, nonprofits (with or without 501(c)(3) status), commercial organizations, state, local, and Native American tribal governments. Federal agencies, Federal instrumentalities, or employees of these Federal entities are not eligible.
