Horizon Fellowship

The Horizon Fellowship places fellows at host organizations, including federal agencies, congressional offices, and think tanks, to work on policy challenges related to emerging technologies (AI, biotechnology, and others). Participants receive a competitive stipend, mentorship, and professional development support during their term. The program offers two tracks: Standard Fellowships (one-year terms, renewable) and Junior Think Tank Fellowships (six-month terms, renewable).

Who can apply

Early-to-mid career professionals with expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotechnology) seeking to work in US technology policy. US work authorization required. Must be able to relocate to Washington DC area.
